For consolidated shipping customers, any vehicle received at one of our branches will have 30 free calendar days to provide us with all

necessary instructions and documents needed for loading (see below):

If circumstances arise, such as missing required documents, change of thought, destination restrictions,

etc. that prevent vehicle from being shipped the cargo is subject to removal from CEU’s yards, client is

responsible for storage (from received date) and gate out fees.

 

Required Export Documents:

  • Title
  • Bill of Sale
  • Shipping Instructions
  • End User Statement
  • Consignee details
  • Last owner in USA, EIN number or Foreign Passport number
  • Notarized power of attorney from owner

TITLE PENDING FOR AUCTION VEHICLES
Please note all CARS EXPORTER USA locations will STOP picking up vehicles with the title status "PENDING" effective immediately. Please verify before buying a car that the title is available.  CARS EXPORTER USA will not be responsible for any storage incurred due to lack of title availability.

If there is availability/space at an CEU location to pick up a pending titled vehicle, yard storage charges will begin on the day of receiving until the title is received. Currently, all vehicles which are stored in our lots awaiting titles will be charged daily storage starting tomorrow based on the attached PDF for corresponding branches.

This is a temporary action that will take effect on January 12th. As conditions start to improve in the future, policies will be updated.
